We asked Ireland's entry in the JM4- at the Coupe de la Jeunesse- to be raced in Cork on the 27th-29th July- a few questions about their experience preparing for many athletes first international event.
Y Quad Cities Rowing Association became the first international winners of the Diamond Jubilee at Henley Royal Regatta since it was introduced in 2012, taking the course record in the process after facing many talented crews throughout the regatta. They kindly spoke to us about their experience representing their home club on the international stage.
Last weekend, a group of 51 juniors from across Great Britain raced in the annual GB v France Match which this year took place near Paris. The event was held at the Paris 2024 Olympic Rowing venue, and despite the ongoing construction work (no flushing toilets or running water for some) the trip was certainly memorable.
